Return Exchange Refund
Regarding the size issue, Doormart would really appreciate it if you could measure the product using the appropriate technique and send us a picture of the measurement. Our dispute team will then promptly handle your disputes.
Not Received Orders
If the order appears to have been delivered based on tracking information, Doormart will not handle the refund or resend.
Order Cancellation
Doormart provides a complete refund for orders cancelled prior to the products being handled by warehouses.
- Orders are customized and cannot be canceled after payment.
- Preorder inventory orders are exceptional products that are only available to you, therefore once money is received, they cannot be canceled.
- Orders for photos and videos cannot be canceled after payment because Doormart has already planned and produced them for you.
Items Damaged
- If a shipment arrives seriously damaged, Doormart offers a replacement or a complete reimbursement.
- If a product arrives partially damaged, Doormart gives a partial refund or a replacement (excluding thread, slightly wrinkled, little scratches etc.).
Erroneous or Absent Items
A stringent quality control procedure is in place at Doormart prior to product shipping. Doormart will handle missing or inaccurate product information as follows:
- Doormart provides a complete refund or replacement for defective merchandise.
- Doormart offers refunds or resends products with incorrect colors, sizes, or other issues as long as your email a screenshot of the complaint along with the client's name, content, and date.
- Doormart will only resend the product if a part is missing that affects how the product functions; otherwise, Doormart may partially refund or resend the missing item.
- Doormart is going to supply the accessories again.
Unacceptable Conflicts
Any unjustifiable disagreements, such as but not restricted to:
- The purchaser finds it unpleasant.
- The description of the product is false.
- The products have an odd fragrance.
- The purchaser placed the incorrect order or SKU.
- An erroneous shipping address was supplied.
- The product difference was discussed beforehand.
- Tracking data that local post offices or logistical firms have erased.
- Packages have occasionally been returned, abandoned, or detained because the consignee disregarded the requirements of customs clearance in accordance with particular nations' foreign trade rules.
